I don't know if you are still on this forum, but I think you should send that question directly to enish.
That screen shows that the ID and password you entered were incorrect.
Did you make the necessary preparations before the handover?
And have you saved your ID, e.g. with a screenshot?
If you have not saved them, sorry to say, but you may not be able to take over your account.
