I am really confused about why I can't continue the story after finishing in Ladour. I got the update the story should have come with but clouds are still covering the area where it should be. I'm not sure if there is some requirement I need to meet or if it's a bug. Also, I live in the United States so that might have something to do with it but I have gotten all other updates at the same time Japan does. Is this a bug or do I have to do something?

追記

I meant I'm stuck at Lador and can't get to the newly added area Rador.
